Our condo is an end unit directly on the ocean with 2 queen size bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. It has 2-1/2 baths. A fold out couch is available to use in the living room. The unit will comfortably sleep 6 to 8, which is the limit of people that can occupy the unit. The living area has a beautiful view of the beach with views on the side of the condo as well as the front. There is a balcony off the master bedroom and a screen porch off the living area. The unit is completely furnished including a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. It is located on the second floor of the complex which is just high enough to have that wonderful view. The complex has swimming pools and tennis courts, as well as areas to grill and picnic. It is also equipped with elevators to each level. There is private parking and a parking pass is required. There is a limit of 2 parking passes for each unit.
